What did you do in undergrad to set you up for success in your career?
I took classes on about everything I was interested in. So once I graduated, I could say, "Yeah, I know a little bit about graphic design. I can make that, or I can write a few lines of code, or I understand the basics of communication law. I had an introduction to psychology."
I just tried to gain a really diverse skill set. That supported me while I was figuring out exactly what kind of job I wanted. It goes back to the non-profit sector; you're going to be asked to do a lot of different things in your role.
I don't know if this applies to folks who have a more specialized career, but for me, it helped me in undergrad to get a real variety.
