How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
I would describe that type of person as someone who looks at the big picture, not just with blinders on. Your main role is to ensure compliance, helping senior leadership find strategies to improve compliance numbers.
Again, all of this is for the safety of our patients. Our doors would be closed if we had no patients. So, definitely look at the big picture and be open-minded.
For this particular role, there's a lot of analytics involved, so you're working with a lot of data. You should really like numbers.
But also, be detail-oriented and an active listener. Ensure you're listening to your client's needs and see how you can help them.
