What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
The one lesson I learned is to follow up. If I say I'm going to do something, I want to be able to do it and follow up with them.
This builds the trust you have with your clients and fosters the relationship where they can come to you with their questions, whether small or big. If I don't have the answer, I will go look for it and ensure I get you to the right person.
It's the follow-up that builds trust and leads to a great relationship with clients.
