What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
The importance of my role is that we're ensuring patient safety and that our staff are compliant with policies. When we have surveys from regulatory agencies and there are no findings, it's rewarding. We've done our job, and we're keeping our patients and staff safe.
I also enjoy being able to work with various levels of leadership in our organization. Whether it's on a project or helping someone with questions, I enjoy collaborating with leadership within the organization and within HR.
