What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

I really like problem-solving. I do a lot of different types of reports and try to figure out how we got from point A to point B.

A really good example from today was because we oversee so many regions, I try to make things as even as possible for my team. I have a spreadsheet to figure out how to even things out.

Even though it'll never be perfect, I enjoy having those problems to solve and keeping myself busy by trying to make sure everything is fair. I also like building relationships with my team and making sure their well-being is good, that they're enjoying the job. That's very important to me.
