What did you do in college to set you up for success in your career?
I originally went to school to be a teacher. I realized that teaching was never going to be the trajectory for me, so I finished up my associate's degree.
I gained a lot of real-world experience before I decided to jump back into school. I wanted to figure out what realm I wanted to go into.
I think it's pretty crazy to have to plan your life at 18 years old. It's okay to change your mind. Being able to take a break if you need to, or finish something so you can try something else, and then later on continue with something else is totally okay.
