What are some of the biggest challenges in your current role?
I'm generally involved in anything that has to do with education. It's a really broad topic, and there are a lot of different actors, often outside of your control, that can have an impact.
For example, when working with schools as a third-party program provider, there are things out of your control. This includes when the school has a field trip planned, testing, or other things that come up that aren't within your immediate realm of control to address.
However, it does allow for a lot of flexibility and adaptability in how you approach those different factors.
