How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
I think people who really enjoy communication and collaboration, working together in teams, are a good fit. This role is also for individuals who are very self-motivated.
It's about individual performance, but with a strong team orientation. You need to be able to balance both and genuinely enjoy both aspects.
I also think people who are outgoing and enjoy talking to people on the phone would do well. At the same time, strong critical thinking skills are essential. You should really think about what you're doing and why you're doing it.
