What skills are most important for a job like yours?
There are many soft skills we look for during the interview process, and they also contribute to success in the role. The biggest one I would say is communication.
This includes your ability to collaborate not only with your peers but also with clients, and how to talk through what you're working on. I also think being adaptable is important. Things are changing every day in the role, and no day is the same.
So, you need to be able to go with the flow. It's also about being able to really focus on what you can control and learning how to prioritize. That's something we will teach you once you get here, but it's a really good skill that many successful associates and managers have.
