What are the main responsibilities within your role?

As a manager, I wear a bunch of different hats. First of all, I manage a team of four client service associates. I work with them every day on the desk on their development, both how they're working at AlphaSights and how they're developing professionally.

Outside of that, I also oversee a multi-million book of business. I own a lot of client relationships for that, which is really awesome. Day in and day out, I'm communicating with clients on the phone, over email, in person, and running projects for them as well.

I'm identifying what they need and how best to address that. I do that over a huge range of topics. So it's hard to say, but every day is a little bit different. That's typically what I'm covering.
