What did you do in college to set you up for success in your career?
I think I had a wide variety of experiences where I got to interact with a lot of different people. Diversifying who you're communicating with and the different stakeholders you're engaging is important. This includes people in different clubs or those you're volunteering with.
Getting leadership positions in those organizations is also really helpful. It's going to help you learn how to make decisions. It also helps build your confidence and your leadership style. These are all things you'll carry with you into your career.
