One of the biggest challenges is learning to focus on what is in your control. In client services, you're doing things for your client, and many things happen that you don't have control over.
It's about learning to figure out how to roll with what they're doing and how to adjust quickly to new priorities. It's also about having a mental toughness, accepting that your day might look different than you thought, but still committing to doing your best.
