What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?

I think the most important lesson is not underestimating the power of showing up. When you show up, you're developing trust, and I think that's a foundation to who you are. People will notice and acknowledge that.

Also, speaking up is really important. Your voice matters. This is something I learned as a kid, and it translates into the work you do.

People will notice when you speak out in certain spaces and when you don't. Don't underestimate that power.
