How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

I would say that one is definitely being purpose-driven. If you're not connected to the "why" or mission of whichever company you're working for, you're probably not going to be happy and thus not be successful in thriving.

Next would probably be collaborative. This is not an individual contributor, solo type of work. It really is collaboration with various teams, various people, and understanding how to work with different types of people and different skills.

And then lastly, I would say is probably driven or ambitious. We have numbers that we want to hit for our goals and targets. Having that kind of drive to hit those numbers while being purpose-oriented is super important. It makes it a little bit more fun.
