What are your main responsibilities within your role?
I work at an educational staffing company. When I first started, I was a 360 consultant.
This meant I was responsible for recruiting educators, managing them, and also handling account and client management. I managed our relationships with school partners, staffing their substitute or long-term needs.
Since then, I've shifted into our special education department, which is a newer part of the company. Now, I focus primarily on account management with our school partners, as well as business development.
I try to get new clients to use our staffing services and our other offerings.
