Favorite Parts Of Being A Lead Consultant At Scoot Education
Carmina most enjoys that the Lead Consultant role at Scoot Education allows contributions to education on a "macro level" while working in a corporate setting, which was a priority when transitioning out of teaching. Ultimately, "hearing how much [schools] have appreciated our support" and witnessing the connections made between educators and students is what makes the role fulfilling.

What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I think what I enjoy most is the fact that I found a corporate job within education. As I mentioned, the "why" is super important. When I was looking to transition out of teaching, I wanted to make sure that I was still contributing to education, perhaps on a macro level.
Being able to talk to schools and hear how much they've appreciated our support, or hearing from our educators about the connection they're making with students, that is the most important part of my "why." It's what makes me want to go to work every day.
Just hearing that those relationships are still going and that we have really great people in our schools is very fulfilling.
