What do you enjoy most about being in the industry?
When we were younger, I'm not sure if educational staffing agencies existed. So when I started in this work, it felt like I was in a startup company within the educational staffing field.
I have since transitioned to being in a more startup part of the company now that it's a bit more established. I enjoy being on the ground, continuing to upskill my development because the company's needs continue to change.
I feel like I'm given a project, and we're like, "Okay, let's figure it out." I like that push to continue to be innovative and learn.
