A day in the life of a GTM enablement and productivity director is anything but monotonous; as Caitlin puts it, "every day looks a little bit different," with time spent collaborating with PhD-level data scientists to develop accessible training, uncovering winning sales strategies, and conducting "really extensive research" on the competitive landscape. This dynamic nature, driven by a variety of responsibilities, is precisely what makes the role so engaging.

What does a day in the life of a GTM enablement and productivity director look like?
Strange. Every day looks a little bit different. I know that sounds like something you hear often, but it's true. Each day presents unique challenges and tasks.
Some days, I spend a lot of time with our subject matter experts, who are often PhD-level data scientists. I help them parse together technical training for our non-technical field.
Other times, I'm unearthing best practices from sales professionals who have closed deals or used specific, resonating messaging. I also conduct extensive research on our competitors in the marketplace.
I wish I could say it was just one thing, but that's why I love what I do. Every day truly is a little bit different.
