What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
As a participant in the leadership development program, I work on projects daily. I have the ability to work with two clients at a time within 3m.
I'm somewhat of an internal consultant. I work with my clients to solve a problem they brought to our team that they want explored.
Depending on the business need, I am responsible for researching and developing a recommendation for the client. My day-to-day responsibilities involve a lot of research.
I also focus on figuring out how to present the best outcome and solution to the client's problem. This usually comes in the form of a PowerPoint presentation they receive at the end of my time working with them.
