Something I wish someone had told me is how much autonomy goes into your day-to-day. I would make sure you have a mentor or someone successful at the company with whom you have a relationship.

You can take their advice and have them help you build out your workday and structure. A lot of this training probably comes when you get started, but having people to look to will really make you successful in the long run.
