What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

I'll talk a little bit about my current role helping startup technology companies and my prior role. In my current role, I primarily work with these companies on their go-to-market strategies.

Two of them have developed software for a different industry and are looking to enter the entertainment and content creation space. I'm helping them define their go-to-market strategy and craft their sales pitches for the content creation industry. I'm also discussing potential headwinds and tailwinds as they move into these new markets.

Additionally, I'm assisting with fundraising efforts to help them secure more money to build out their products. In my prior roles, I worked with much larger corporations, Netflix and Disney.

There, I collaborated across business units to achieve the goals of the creative leaders of the divisions. This involved setting business strategies and working across different groups to figure out how to implement them. I also made changes in structure, strategy, or teams to execute across all these divisions.
