Biggest Challenges Faced By A Principal At Meridiem Ventures
As a Principal at Meridiem Ventures, Bryan finds that a major challenge is convincing startup founders to launch imperfect products and avoid excessive strategic revisions, because "they're gonna learn the most by just going out and trying to sell their product" and adapting based on real-world feedback rather than overanalyzing in a vacuum.

What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
Working with startup companies, one of the biggest challenges is reassuring founders that they can go to market with something that's not perfect. They don't need to revise their strategy over and over again.
They will learn the most by going out and trying to sell their product. If it doesn't succeed as they hope, they can make adjustments based on market feedback.
Sometimes founders can overanalyze things and spend too much time trying to find the precise strategy they believe will work, instead of just going out and testing it.
