What is the biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge is balancing so many responsibilities. Even though I enjoy having many responsibilities, balancing them is hard.
It's especially difficult when I have to tell someone I can't prioritize their request when they want it. This is because I have to prioritize another responsibility instead. This is probably the hardest part of being in this role.
