What would you describe people who typically survive in this industry?
People who typically thrive in this industry, I think, kind of goes back to what we were saying. People whose parents are finance professionals as well, you know, they passed that down onto their kids. So it's unique to find people who are not from, or born into the industry and pick it up along the way.
As far as thriving, you just have to be a hard worker and willing to adapt to change in order to succeed in the industry, I would say.
