What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
In my current role and just in general as a film and TV assistant, when I'm on a show, I distribute call sheets and scripts. I also work on the production report, which is a document detailing what happened each day of filming. I ensure all information from set is accurately reflected on that document before sending it.
A lot of what I do as an assistant is also responding to requests. If filming is happening, they might need something on set quickly, and I'll be the one to get it. I might help a producer or another department if they need assistance.
My responsibilities vary greatly from day to day. Generally, my normal duties involve a lot of administrative work and keeping the office running. This includes stocking food and coffee, and ensuring office supplies are available.
