What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

That's a great question. There are a lot of things I like about it; I think the varied nature of it keeps it exciting. There's never a day that's the same.

But I think the biggest thing for me is the level of responsibility. Having had multiple roles in my career, from sales to strategy, internal corporate finance, and even investment banking, the leeway you have to just go get things done and make an impact is unprecedented.

It's very different, and you know that it's a double-edged sword. You can also make mistakes, and they're your mistakes to own. But you really have a lot of rope to go run with and make something happen.
