What is one lesson that you've learned that has proven significant in your career?

One significant lesson I've learned is that there's no single "right" way of doing things. I used to spend time trying to learn or do things a certain way because I thought that's how they were supposed to be done.

Sometimes, you spend more time trying to make things work the way you think they should, or the way someone else did them. However, if you take a basic understanding of what needs to be done and then achieve it in the way you know best, that's more effective.

There will always be things you have to do a certain way because it's part of the process. But as far as your own approach as a project manager, you're going to find what works best for you.

In this industry, time is money, and you're going to be super busy. Being efficient is probably the most important thing for a project manager.
