What skills are most important for a job like yours?
The most important thing, I would say, is organization. It's a pretty big thing.
Adaptability is also crucial. Every day, something new pops up that's unexpected, and you just need to be flexible in how you approach it. You might do one thing one way one day and have to do it differently the next.
You need to be able to adapt and take things as they come because you don't have a lot of time to make different decisions.
People skills are also a big part of it. You're interfacing with a lot of people in meetings and dealing with internal stakeholders. You need to understand what they want and then relay that to the rest of the team.
Being a project manager involves understanding how to best manage people and stay on top of things. This often includes setting reminders for following up with people and completing tasks.
