What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
The thing I like most about being in construction, architecture, or project management is being part of something that actually turns into a space people will use. I think that's pretty rewarding and one of the reasons I originally got into architecture.
Office space is very important. Employees use it, and delivering a space that people will use every day to make their jobs easier is definitely rewarding.
As far as my current role tracking projects during construction, you have a chance to leave your impact on something that impacts people for a long time. It's also an industry that's always trying to push boundaries or find innovative ways to do new things.
Being a problem solver and trying to create new, more efficient ways of doing things is probably what I like most about the industry.
