As someone who identifies as a woman, how has that impacted how you've navigated your career?
That's a really good question. To be honest, nothing drastic comes to mind when I was looking for careers and the path that I did take.
One of the reasons I loved ADP and why I love my job now is that there are many women in leadership. Coming from my internship, there were just a couple of women in the office in total.
When I moved over to ADP, all five managers were women, and 50% of the office were women. I really appreciated that aspect, and I've experienced something very similar here at PrimePay now as well.
