What skills are the most important for a job like yours?

Being a product manager, the most important skills I would say are interpersonal skills. I need to work with many different teams every day, including engineering, marketing, and business management teams. I also interact with our factories and sometimes communicate with sales teams from different countries.

I adapt my communication skills when talking with different teams. For example, when I talk with engineering teams, I need to make every requirement very clear. I also ensure they understand that I've done some research on technical aspects before our discussions.

With the business management team, I change my communication style to be more sales-oriented. This helps them understand that I'm doing my best to support them and make our product more competitive.

The second skill I think is important for a product manager is to be open-minded and keep learning new things. Working in the tech industry is not a routine job; there are many new technologies to learn. We also need to be aware of what our competitors are doing to keep our product up-to-date and competitive.

Therefore, it's really important to remain curious and enjoy learning something new during my work.
