As a woman, how has that impacted how you navigate throughout your career?
First, I noticed that most tech industry managers are male. I also observed that men are often better at technical tasks. This encouraged me to learn more about technical trends and related knowledge.
My goal is to compete with them and become a higher manager in the tech industry in the future. When I achieve this, I will definitely provide more opportunities for women.
Second, I've seen many women in our industry interrupt their careers due to pregnancy or other family matters. It's important to have transferable skills. This way, if I need to take a break, I'll have the strength to continue my career when I return to the workforce.
As a woman, I find working in the technology industry as a parent manager challenging. I hope to learn more and become more competitive to achieve my goals. Ultimately, I hope to motivate more women to excel in this industry.
