What does a day in the life of your role look like?
A day for a PM is full of meetings. I was responsible for developing new products and producing customized orders. For those customized orders, I was responsible for more than 15 projects at the same time.
For each project, I needed to communicate with business management teams, engineering teams, and our factories. For developing new products, I also worked with engineering teams and factories. Additionally, we worked with the marketing team to figure out how to bring the product to market.
My schedule was very demanding, with many meetings on most days. In between meetings, I had a lot of paperwork. For example, for each project, I needed to record many details in our systems. I also checked marketing materials for any errors or modifications needed. Being a product manager is really busy, and for many meetings... [unclear]
