Most Important Skills For A Partner At Rimon Law
For a partner at Rimon Law, actively listening to clients and helping "clarify their questions" is crucial, as is the ability to quickly identify potential legal issues within client narratives—"spotting the illegal issues"—and providing timely, informed advice, even if that means seeking further research or expert consultation. This combination of client communication and legal acumen is key to success.

What skills are most important for a job like yours?
I listen carefully to my clients and their questions. Sometimes, I help them clarify their questions, as they may not even know the right ones to ask.
This applies to almost any lawyer: spotting the illegal issues. Clients tell me a story about what they're doing in their business. My job is to identify the potential legal issues that could be implicated.
Then I provide an answer I can give on the spot. Sometimes I explain that I'll need more time to research or need to hire another expert if it's outside my expertise.
