What are your main responsibilities within your role?

Currently, my main responsibilities involve ensuring my team has everything they need. I have nine, or rather 10, people reporting to me.

Some of my duties include helping to set the strategy for the year. This involves considering the company's direction, market trends, and strategic initiatives. We determine which of the many potential avenues to prioritize and focus on.

I'm in charge of setting these priorities for the sales organization. Then, I work with my team to apply those priorities to their individual territories. I also handle any escalations that arise.

If a customer is upset, similar to speaking with a manager at a store, I'm the manager who gets involved. This means I speak with many customers and navigate internally to ensure we're serving them in the best way possible.

Additionally, I focus on enhancing internal processes. I collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to improve how they work with sales. Ultimately, we aim to create the best customer experience.

Finally, I oversee our lead process. This includes managing inbound leads coming into IDT and our outbound prospecting efforts to reach new customers. That also falls under my responsibilities.
