What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I love working with my team and collaborating. I feel alive in a space where ideas are just being thrown around and anything goes, and then we can come to the best result. Those are meetings that just set my heart on fire.
I also love that we are doing something that is mission-driven. It's for students, and it supports them with their social and emotional skills. So, that work gives me purpose and meaning, and I love the creativity.
I'm able to really own parts of this process and use my creative skills to create the best product that we can put out there.
