What skills are most important for a job like yours?

In business strategy and cost optimization, the most important skills are communication and tact. I have to deal with so many different departments and teams, so cross-functional collaboration is also very important.

I would also say analytical and critical thinking are crucial to understand different business processes. This helps in coming up with recommendations on how we can improve and make those processes more efficient.

Apart from that, soft skills like self-motivation are important. I don't have set tasks for the day; I set them for myself. More hard skills would be Excel and PowerPoint.
