What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
Having the best manager ever is key. This means having someone who is very flexible with your schedule but also has your back. Some managers say they have your back, but you never know.
It's also important to work with a great team. My current team is the best I've worked with. You want to work at a job where you get along with everyone.
You see these people more than your family at home; they become your second family. Working at a place that makes you happy, where you can go and feel like you're seeing your friends, is perfect. This is ideal.
That's what makes me love my position. Mainly, it's my manager. I've had managers who were very strict and not flexible. Working with a manager who has your back in any situation, any conflict, or any issue that needs fixing with a supervisor is ideal. You bring it up to her, and she will advocate for you.
Being able to work at a place that makes you happy, and where the people you work with make it fun, is great. But being able to do your job well is the best. That's why I enjoy where I work and who I work for.
I also enjoy working on payroll. Payroll is actually my favorite part of everything I do. I love payroll. While it's manual, doing payroll is my favorite because it keeps me busy throughout the day. I just like paying people.
