What is one lesson that you've learned that has proven significant in your career?
I guess I keep coming back to this, but probably it would be to really believe in your ability to create and come up with different content. I think if you sell yourself short, or if you just stick to the tried and tested ways, that's the biggest way to fail as a communication strategist.
Thinking outside the box, bringing your own perspective and asking, "How can we do this better?" "How can we communicate better?" "How can we send messages to different audiences and create content that's catered to a specific audience?" That, I think, is the most important thing.
That's the most important piece of advice I would give.
