What skills are most important for a job like yours?
I would say there are probably three important skills: communication, organization, and accountability.
Since I work remotely, I have to communicate needs and requirements clearly, both verbally and in writing, so everyone can understand.
I also need to stay organized, especially when managing three or four projects simultaneously. I have to keep track of each project's status and what each team member is doing, as their tasks don't always overlap.
Finally, accountability is crucial. It's important to follow up. If you drop the ball on something, it can introduce new risks and issues that may impact the project's schedule or budget. This can lead to the project failing or causing problems for end users.
