What skills are most important for a job like yours?
There are three skills that come to mind when I think about what would be valuable in this job as a financial analyst. The first one is being analytical. This means having the willingness to answer questions and understanding the "why" behind them.
Another valuable skill would be being personable. You're working with a variety of different people with different personalities and perspectives. So, how can you truly communicate effectively to reach a shared goal?
And then the third skill that's really important is being flexible. A lot of things do come up in this role. Being able to manage your time in a very strategic way where you can meet goals is really important.
