What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
I've learned a lot of lessons, but I think one of the lessons I learned was that when you're getting too many clients, or too much work, it's always good to hire a team of contractors and work with them.
You can always put them on to clean up all of the company if you're working for, or then have them work on demand as contractors. But it's good to expand the team and work with a bunch of like-minded people.
