What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

In my current role, I collaborate extensively with both internal and external stakeholders. We evaluate current business processes to identify potential enhancements. This might involve improving manual processes, automating them, or replacing existing technology with better solutions.

I work with our internal FinOps team to understand the challenges and frustrations faced by analysts and frontline processors. My goal is to find ways to resolve these issues for them.

Once a need for improvement is identified, I work with internal team members to carry out the necessary change activities. I schedule meetings to ensure everyone is aligned on project expectations and the goals we aim to achieve.

I also partner with global teams to implement new processes and automation. This is crucial as our company focuses on global expansion and ensuring our systems are prepared for sales in new regions.

Additionally, I ensure our order cash and accounts receivable teams are aware of the relevant legislation and requirements in different areas, especially regarding collections. It's a broad role that involves a bit of everything, but primarily a lot of meetings and project work.
