Transcript

Sacramento State played a significant role in my career journey. It provided me with a solid foundation of knowledge and practical skills.

The university offered diverse programs and opportunities that helped me explore my interests. My professors were instrumental in guiding me and offering valuable insights.

They really helped with the different networking events that they put on. The resources they provide to students are fantastic, especially when you take the time to utilize them.

During my undergraduate career, they held job fairs where many employers came to campus. You could meet them face-to-face, ask questions about their recruiting process, and their company culture.

I think those are fantastic opportunities to take advantage of. It's something that will really help you, especially nowadays, when you can meet someone and shake their hand. They'll already have a face to your name when they review your application and resume.

I appreciate Sac State for doing that and for working closely with major employers in the area to put those events on.
