What does a day in the life of an Executive Director of Clinical Services look like?

No two days are quite the same, which I like. Because I'm working in a transdisciplinary team, I'm often in a variety of different meetings.

I might have a meeting with our product team to talk about the scheduler piece of our program, and how users could schedule consultations with our clinical team. Then I might jump over and write an article.

Sometimes we write articles for different publications, parenting or HR benefits circulars, because we're in that industry. We also have a podcast called "Behaviorally Speaking," which is really fun.

I'm often strategizing with other leaders of our respective business units. Then I'm doing a lot of consultations myself, working directly with parents or employees, generating ideas and strategies, and troubleshooting. It's a really fun, kind of active job.
