What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I have a lot of great responsibilities in my current role. I am the Assistant Capital Expenditure Project Delivery Program Manager. In that role, I integrate the program logistics for all of our capital expenditure projects into the site.
My goal is to ensure that our site's manufacturing processes are not affected, nor are the projects impacting each other. This allows them to stay on track and meet all their milestones as they continue their integration into the site.
On top of that, I also support the Project Delivery Program Manager by managing my own projects. I oversee the design and construction processes.
Finally, the most important part is the commissioning and qualification process for everything we bring to the biotech manufacturing site. This ensures everything is synchronized with FDA and other general manufacturing practices and meets all our requirements.
