I think it's important not to take yourself too seriously. You should be able to have fun, even though it's a serious job that provides your paycheck and career.
It's important to be able to laugh off mistakes and have fun with the people you work with. Being a bit more human is also key, especially in this career.
Being able to talk to people like they're human, and not always so seriously, is something people appreciate. Bringing some joy to office or Zoom calls can make a big difference.
It's pretty brutal if you don't love what you do, as you spend so much time working. So, just be able to have fun with your work.
