What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I'm the associate director of media optimization, specifically enterprise reporting for my company. Enterprise reporting means enabling access and one source of truth for data, its reporting, and visualizations, ensuring data integrity throughout the organization.
This also extends to our external partners. My responsibilities involve ensuring the success, roadmap, and goal achievement for this product we're building within the organization.
Beyond just building, I also focus on the product's longevity. This includes necessary training and education, holding office hours, and conducting onboarding meetings.
This covers the post-adoption phase of the platform and product. Returning to the present, our focus is truly on building a quality product as quickly as possible and at scale. It's tough to pinpoint my core responsibilities, but this is the main one.
