What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I love the opportunity to cold email someone with an idea. I think that's really exciting.

Sometimes an email lands in your inbox on the perfect day and the right moment, especially if you've been discussing it. But I do believe that if you can build the case for a really out-of-the-box idea, that's one of the most exciting elements of the job.

However, you do have to build a business case for it.
