What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?

One lesson I learned is to speak up sooner if problems are arising. A lot of times everyone is busy, and you might feel a little uncomfortable speaking up, whether you are spinning your wheels too long or you think you found something that's not correct.

I would say speak up sooner. This way, the bad news or potential bad news is addressed earlier rather than later.
